Forehead Lift
A laser-assisted endoscopic forehead lift utilizes latest technology to reposition the brows and reduce forehead wrinkles in a noninvasive manner. The traditional forehead lift utilized an extensive incision in the hair line that often left a visible scar and a long recovery period. Currently, the use of small endoscopic equipment along with the carbon dioxide laser allows for the elevation of the brows and forehead with only four to five small incisions in the hairline. This procedure is usually performed under intravenous sedation or general anesthesia. The patients are usually able to resume normal work activities within a couple of days. This procedure is commonly performed in conjunction with a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) to rejuvenate the upper face.
